Does anyone else love a light and refreshing salad during the summer? Well don't worry...we have you covered! We found this amazing apple, pecan salad from The Pioneer Woman a few years ago. It's so yummy and is now a staple during the summer for our families.
Oh...we did make one change to the recipe though...the salad calls for dried cherries, but we prefer dried cranberries. Also, one ingredient is blue cheese. We think it takes the salad to a whole new level, but we know there are a few of you that might not be the biggest fans. If so, the salad is still great without it.
Hosting Tip: If you are serving this salad at a gathering, you may want to put the blue cheese on the side so guests can make the choice if they want blue cheese or not.
